Once we receive your final payment, we will contact you with directions for receiving and returning the keys.
Check In/Out
Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am. In addition, please ensure that the parking spot is free by 10am at check out. We have a limited time between renters to clean the condo so your adherence to these timeframes is appreciated.
Things to Bring
The condo is completely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. For complete information on condo amenities please click here.
Other than your personal belongings (clothes, toiletries, bath soap, shampoo, etc.), we recommend also bringing the following:
- One set of queen-size sheets w/pillow cases (4 pillows)
- Two sets of full-size sheets w/pillow cases (4 pillows per bed)
- Bath mats (2 bathrooms)
- Bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels
- Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc.)
- Dishwashing soap/dishwasher soap
Emergency Contact
In the event of an emergency or a lock-out while renting the condo, please call the property manager, Joe Biliski, at 302-542-8015. Lock-out fees are $35 between the hours of 9am and 9pm and $50 between 9pm and 9am. The fee is payable to Joe Biliski upon re-entry.
Telephone
The condo telephone number is 302-226-1911. There is no voicemail or answering machine. Local calls are allowed. Please use your calling card for long distance calls. Dial-up internet access is available using a local or toll-free access number provided by your ISP.
On-site Parking/Parking Permit
Please park only in the designated spot for unit 101. (See floor plan for exact location of parking spot.) Please do not park in any other spot as you may be towed. Additionally, during the summer season, one parking permit is provided in the information book located in the condo. Please return the permit to the information book at the conclusion of your stay for others to use. Again, please ensure that the parking spot is vacated by 10am on the day you check-out.
