Once you are ready to rent and have checked with us for availability please feel free to fill out the Rental Agreement. This should be submitted via mail along with a check to our mailing address. (At present PayPal is not available but we are working on this as an option.)

Reservation and Payment Information:

One half of the rental rate is due as an initial deposit and must be received within seven days of making a reservation in order to consider the rental confirmed; the balance, along with a $200 security deposit, is due two weeks prior to check-in. Only personal checks, cash, money orders, or travelers checks (US$) will be accepted as payment.

• Discounts will be given to repeat renters in appreciation for your continued business.
• Discounts will be given to renters who refer additional renters in appreciation for your support.

Cancellations:

Our cancellation policy is consistent with those of the major realtors in Rehoboth. Specifically, cancellations are charged fifteen percent (15%) of the gross property rent if the property is re-rented for the full amount. If the property is not re-rented for the full amount, the entire deposit is forfeited. The cancellation policy applies as soon as we receive your deposit.
